I am no stranger to hard work, and my journey to become a successful real estate agent required a lot of it. The lessons I have learned throughout my life have played an important role in bringing me to where I am today.  


It all started when a friend of mine called me up and told me to take real estate classes with him. At the time, I was working in a restaurant and struggling to find a new career path. Real estate seemed like a good opportunity, so I decided to take the plunge. Little did I know where this one decision would take me. 



The first few months were tough, and I struggled to make my first sale. I was determined to make it work. I stopped hanging out with friends and poured all of my energy into building my real estate career. It wasn’t easy, but I loved the infinite potential I had as a REALTOR®.


As a kid, I was always entrepreneurial, from starting a Kool-Aid stand to cutting grass. I also helped my dad with his cleaning business and even cleaned restaurants with him. When I was in high school, I cleaned two restaurants every day, seven days a week, and no matter how late I went to bed on a Saturday night, I was up at five in the morning to clean another restaurant. I learned the value of hard work and dedication at a young age.



I’m also a black belt in Brazilian jujitsu, which is something I’m very passionate about. I love the competitive nature of the sport. The mental toughness needed to push past physical barriers in training has translated to all areas of my life. Giving up isn’t an option for me. 


When you are new to an industry, finding the confidence to talk with people and make connections can be hard. I realized the only way to grow my confidence was to have the knowledge to back up everything I did. If I know I’m doing the right thing, then there is no need to second guess myself. Just as I spent countless hours training in jujitsu, I learned everything I could in real estate.  


I slowly started to build my career and was eventually named Rookie of the Year in 2014. But my ambitions didn’t stop there. I dreamed of starting my own real estate company. My wife and partner, Leticia, supported me as I set out to make this dream a reality. We met when I was training her as an agent in 2018. In fact, she was the driving factor pushing me to open my own company in 2021.

 


My experiences have influenced my work as a real estate agent. Real estate is not just about buying and selling properties; it’s about helping people make important life decisions. Someone’s life can drastically change depending on the quality of service I offer – that is the ultimate motivation for me. I want everyone to come out of a transaction achieving what they set out to do.  



With hard work and dedication, more agents joined my company, ready to contribute to our success. This business is one of the things I’m most proud of in life. From starting in this industry with no connections to building a brokerage with over 10 other agents, I can’t imagine where my path will take me next.  


Looking back on my life, I’m grateful for all of the opportunities I’ve been given. I didn’t realize it back then, but the moments when I was working the hardest were shaping me in ways I could never have predicted. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, and I look forward to what the future has in store for me. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and training in Brazilian jiujitsu. 

 


As a REALTOR®, my ultimate goal is to help as many people as I can become homeowners and continue making great investments in the real estate industry from that point forward. It’s all too common to speak with clients who don’t believe homeownership is an option for them, but after providing the proper education, they realize it is! Real estate has many complex processes, but when you have a trusted professional on your side, you can achieve many of the goals you have always dreamed of. With years of experience in the industry, my knowledge and expertise enable me to guide my clients through every aspect of the transaction.   



I pride myself on my willingness to go above and beyond for my clients. I do everything in my power to ensure that you understand the real estate process fully and that all your questions are answered as we work together. Your greatest asset throughout a transaction is knowledge. Even after the transaction is over, I will continue supporting you and your real estate goals as your REALTOR® for life.
